WELL-BEING AND SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES, HIGHER PRODUCT QUALITY

Ricardo & Barbosa has increasingly bet on health and safety policies at work, such as those mentioned above,
seeking to increase comfort and satisfaction of the worker, since we believe that the improvement of working conditions has direct representativeness in productivity and conformity of the product.

In May 2017, we invested in the placement of of 60 ergonomic mats, through the our partner ELIS, who advised us
a solution that is both economically sustainable for the company with the greatest benefit for the worker, suggesting the change carpets in order to ensure the product characteristics.

In turn, when thinking about the thermal comfort of the industrial space and quality improvement of the air, was invested last July in the system of air conditioning and renovation of air awarded to our partner ECOPLANET. With
this system contributed to the increase of well-being and satisfaction of employees, and we guarantee a higher quality in the product.
